Managing Partner and Director

Henry is a Sydney based serial entrepreneur who has founded, operated and successfully exited over 20+ businesses since the 1990s. He started his professional career in 1992, as the Statistician for AGB McNair which subsequently became The Nielsen Company. After his stint at AGB, Henry moved on to doing political polling at Newspoll (Subsidiary of WPP and News Limited), which at that time had the most accurate poll, and was frequently featured in The Australian newspaper.
Henry then joined a software technology company called Information Tools Limited in 1995, which he later acquired. Since then he’s been involved in starting up and running businesses that included a chain of cafes, one of Australia’s largest independent call centres, one of the largest independent market research companies, started a company that pioneered the use of online research, and many more.
Henry‘s last CEO role was at Potentiate (2019), now known as Platform One, a leading global software platform company in Customer Experience and Customer Community Management.
He is seen as an expert in a number of areas including Statistics, Artificial Intelligence and advance technologies. He has previously consulted to the Australian Statistician at the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Henry currently also sits on a number of boards of Private and Public companies either as Non Executive Chairman, Non Executive Director or Advisory Board Member. His experience spans both locally as well as internationally.

Rami Mukhtar, B.Sc., B.Eng., Ph.D.

General Partner and Director

Rami is an experienced entrepreneur that has founded a number of software and hardware technology companies. Rami commenced his career in Engineering after receiving a Doctorate in Electronic Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
He has a unique combination of successful technical and commercial experience across a wide range of industries including: data science and systems, micro-electronics, customer loyalty platforms, computer vision systems, advertising and marketing technology and telecommunications. Throughout his career he has several years of experience representing organisations on international standards committees, consulting as an expert and serving as an expert witness on major IP litigations. Rami has built, grown and exited a SaaS Data Science tools Company. He plays an active role in advising early stage start ups on go to market and product strategy.
Rami deeply understands selling solutions to enterprise clients. He has successfully delivered transformational programs across technology, product and customer in major financial services enterprise across major Australian brands with a particular focus on insurance and banking.
He was previously a partner in a CVC fund for a top tier bank. Several years of experience in conducting due diligence and has played an active role in helping to drive the integration of the funds investment portfolio into enterprise. Rami has worked in fund raising advisory helping early stage businesses get capital ready. 

Amy Swartz, B.Sc.


Amy has been involved in international business development, finance and marketing for 20 years, working closely with clients and portfolio companies to accelerate their global growth, exits and ROI. Her experience encompasses North America, Europe, Australia, Japan, China, SE Asia and the Middle East. She has worked directly with hundreds of start-up technology companies.
Amy had significant experience working to fund and build technology companies and in particular she has a strong command of the document requirements of professional investors. She also has global experience in compliance and the fiduciary duties of directors and responsible persons.
Between 2013 and 2017 Amy split her time between Zürich and Abu Dhabi building an Islamic financial services firm which specialises in wealth management for Ultra High Net Worth individuals and shariah complaint estate planning and succession.Prior to that, Amy co-founded Gramercy Venture Advisors, Inc. in 2001. She served as Director, Corporate Development at Gramercy Venture Advisors and was based in New York and San Francisco. Prior to Gramercy, Amy spent several years as a consultant with Double Impact, Inc., a leading San Francisco based Venture Catalyst.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Marketing from San Francisco State University. Amy holds several Directorships.
